A: The student is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without any deductions, in these cases:

A,2: In case of dissatisfaction with the trainer’s performance after trying two different trainers, and after only one hour of trial with each.

B: The student is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, after deducting a 10% administrative fee, if the refund is requested before starting, and within a maximum of two weeks from the payment date.

C: The student is entitled to a refund for unused sessions during the course in case of dissatisfaction, after deducting 10% of the course value as administrative fees.

D: No refunds are applicable for any paid amounts if the level’s validity has expired.

E: No refunds are applicable for any other reasons.

F: The refund will be issued using the same payment method the student used. If payment was made via “Fawry,” the amount will be refunded in cash. Quran Online management is committed to refunding the requested amount within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the refund request.
