Students are allowed to book their sessions with any number of scholars (Shuyookh) they wish.

Students are not allowed to book more than 4 sessions with the same scholar (Sheikh) on the same day.

Sessions can be conducted via mobile phone, tablet, or laptop.

Sessions are conducted via the Zoom application. Students must download the app and have an active account before their first session.

Students may book any session up to two hours before its scheduled time, but no less.

Students may cancel any session two hours or more before its scheduled time. If a cancellation occurs less than two hours before the session, it will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.

Students must ensure they have a good internet connection and a working microphone before starting any session.

If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will automatically end, they won’t be able to attend it, and no refund will be issued.

Please ensure you are in a quiet place and do not eat during the session to ensure maximum benefit from the session.

Please refrain from discussing controversial topics such as political or religious issues, and do not attack the other party with any words or methods that are religiously or socially inappropriate. In such a case, your membership on the site will be canceled without any refund.

Maintaining Personal Information and Non-Sharing

Please refrain from asking the teacher for their contact information, as it is strictly prohibited (e.g., mobile number, email, social media, etc.).

The teacher is allowed to be late for a maximum of 5 minutes. If they are more than 5 minutes late, the session will be canceled and returned to the balance of unscheduled sessions.

In case of dissatisfaction with a specific session, please contact the technical support department, and the session fee will be refunded.

The validity of the subscription period depends on the type of package purchased.
